Terms & Conditions

Our only terms and conditions are as follows

1. All collections must be paid for in advance

2. You must request a collection by 4.30pm the day before collection - money must be on your account by this time also

3. Put your bin out for 6am until 7pm the day of your collection

4. We can only empty, Panda, Greenstar or local authority bins, or that you have personally bought, we cannot empty other waste companies bins.
